  How have I never shopped here before? I pass it all the when going to BBW and Okd Navy. So happy I stopped in! Loved their clothes and prices! Bought a cute outfit AND shoes for $46! Great sales right now. The two women were very friendly and made it a very enjoyable experience. The store was clean, spacious. Will definitely go back soon! Glad to have this store here!

  Wow!!!! EXTREMELY rude employee working tonight. I can’t recall her name but she was very heavy set. Something like Karla Denise Shein? My elderly mother purchased a cute graphic sweatshirt the day before and thought she read a 50% off graphic sweatshirts sign. Reviewed her receipts that evening at home and noticed it was full price. I looked on Maurice’s website to see if the pumpkin sweatshirt was considered a “graphic sweatshirt” and it was. (Online it said 30% off) I said no problem we can go back by tomorrow. We went in today and the manager showed us that the sign was actually buy one get one 50% off. We said oh okay, and kept shopping around. I thought about it and went to speak to her again and asked if they price match the website. She said she can but needs the receipt, the clothes product in store, and needs to see the website live (no screen shots). I said great what time do you close? Manager said, 8pm. End of that encounter. We went back by this evening 9/28/2023 about 6:30pm with the sweatshirt in hand and this woman immediately started the interaction with my Mom like this “I was here earlier and heard the conversation now what was the problem??” Mom said no problem I thought a sign said 50% off but it was BOGO and the manager said she would do the online price of 30% if we brought in the sweatshirt. She immediately said I heard her tell you it was 50% off BOGO. We said yes we understand that but she said she would honor (repeat ourselves again) she said she would not be doing that. I stated that she was being very combative and that if she knew and overheard what the manager said earlier why was she not honoring that? She said she didn’t have to as she wasn’t her and that we should have taken care of it with the other lady. My Mom said was she a manager? the employee said yes, then my mom asked are you a manager? And she said YES! We said well if you’re saying she misspoke and you heard her why didn’t you step in and correct her and say actually sorry we can not do that. She said the other emoloyee can say whatever she wants etc etc… come to find out Later in the conversation the rude woman is NOT a manager. Then basically gaslights us and says she never said she was a manager. My Mom who was being quiet by this time actually spoke up and said, yes you did say that you were a manager”. I told them I can’t keep coming up here and wasting gas going back and forth. She mocked me as we were leaving the store and said not “to waste too much gas, drive safe, God bless “ I will NEVER come back to this store again.
