- LLLizAug 24, 20255.0We had a last minute delivery scheduled for our kid at Binghamton. The delivery was great. I added the address that would best describe where the dorm room is located but it wasn’t exact. The delivery person was very patient and polite while we found the exact area to meet. The arrangement was pretty but most importantly, I was told that it made for a delicious breakfast!
- SWSheila WolcottJul 29, 20221.0I ordered in advance for my father's 81 birthday. I was so excited I could order balloons with his cake as I live 600 miles away. I called him all excited only to find out he didn't receive the balloons. I called customer service and I was told unfortunately they were out of helium. I ordered in advance, I was never contacted that there was a problem fulfilling my order or do discuss a different gift but yet I was charged full price. I was told the next day someone would reach out to me from the local vestal store but that never happened. Very poor business ethics and definitely lost a customer.
