- MEMel E.Jun 17, 20261.0I visited this location to return an online purchase and had a very disappointing experience. The associate assisting me did not know how to process an online return and had to call the manager on her personal cell phone because no manager or other staff member was present in the store to help. The lack of training became even more apparent when the associate was unable to identify the order number on the packing slip. When I tried to help locate it, she incorrectly stated that the UPC code was the order number. A staff should at least be trained to identify the difference of a UPC code and an order #. Even after speaking with the manager, the return could not be processed. The associate explained that she had never been trained on handling online returns. I was then told that purchases made online could not be returned in-store, despite both the Sunglass Hut website and the packing slip clearly stating that online purchases can be returned to any Sunglass Hut store. It was frustrating to receive conflicting information and leave without being able to complete a simple return. Better training and management support are clearly needed at this location.
