  Bait and Switch advertisements. Store is labeled in several areas "Mothers day sale 30% off apparel", I went in and purchased (my last) pair of Vans, the total came to the normal price - I asked if the price was with the 30% discount and the employee told me that "The discount is for apparel only". Shoes are apparel - shoes are clothing. This was entirely disingenuous. I will not be purchasing from Vans from this location ever again. Please correct the sign to say 30% off shirts if that is indeed what you mean.

  The manager Red is rude not friendly and make the customers feel like he dose a favor to them by using the sells protocol

  Went in this past weekend because my Sk8-Hi MTEs had a delaminating issue with the sole. Got them returned and a full refund no questions asked. On top of that the store manager let me know he would be putting in a quality concern for this product. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. These types of interactions will ensure me and my family are life time customers! I lost the receipt that had a survey on it. If anyone can email that I would gladly fill it out. Thanks!

  Enjoyable
