  The staff at this location are always willing to help. They greet you when you come in and offer assistance immediately. Even when I’ve brought all my kids in and things were hectic because EVERYONE needed new shoes, they managed it. A+ customer service

  Bait and Switch advertisements. Store is labeled in several areas "Mothers day sale 30% off apparel", I went in and purchased (my last) pair of Vans, the total came to the normal price - I asked if the price was with the 30% discount and the employee told me that "The discount is for apparel only". Shoes are apparel - shoes are clothing. This was entirely disingenuous. I will not be purchasing from Vans from this location ever again. Please correct the sign to say 30% off shirts if that is indeed what you mean.

  We had to find the best hats for one of my boys and we tried on so many hats that were all stylish. My boy was able to find two hats that was fit to his needs. He loves the hats and always wear them whenever we all go out.
