- JKJack KhalilApr 23, 20261.0Took six months to get my correct polarized lens replacement. When I came back and realized the were wrong the regional manager ordered me the correct lenses at no charge. When I came in they ordered the wrong lenses for a different set of glasses. The THIRD time I go in and the lady behind the register is rude to me. REFUSING to replace the lenses. Says she can’t because she “isn’t good at it” Unprofessional. I won’t ever come back here to purchase anything ever again and I suggest no one else does. The customer service is also a huge middle finger to your face. Good luck this company sucks. Their training for employees sucks also. Got my lenses that I was almost forced to pay for though now I just have to go to a different store and hope William at macys can actually help.

I’ve been outside since 1030 and no one‘s even answering the phone and the gate is closed on the store very unprofessional. We’ll definitely never be coming back to this location again how are they paying people hourly when the store is not even open during the proper hours of operation

- JGJade GibsonJul 9, 20191.0Very uncomfortable was being watched like a hawk as if I was trying to shop lift the bald gentleman working didn’t greet us didn’t ask if I needed assistance just watched and had an attitude when I asked him a question about the merchandise. I left and went to an optical store for sunglasses.
