    First time in there go buy a couple pairs of glasses selection's OK but You would think an authentic Oakley store you would be able to Customize a pair while you're there waiting. So Seemed like every pair that I liked and fit me had crappy lenses and if they have them there at the store, my thinking this is The only store around I spent an hour driving there because at one point I called and talked to someone a while ago. It's probably a year ago and she said that she would be able to know change something on there if I wanted so I was looking Pair of glasses with the polarized lenses and find the glasses you like but then they want to charge another $140 for those lenses but if you look online, you could change it and it's still $100 cheaper online and you don't get the oh no, we can't do that. No, we can't do that from the store. But the part that really bothered me was, I'm trying to look around and I just wanted to be left alone said that I'm like I'm good. I'm just looking in. They're literally standing right up but you know what. Went to Bass Pro shop and they had a deal. All I could say is I won't return to the store just for the fact of being made felt uncomfortable looking around and then just the fact of your a licensed store and you won't make modifications like you could make simply online on op.com that no sale rack no like older glasses like last year's models to sell nothing where you gonna go and spend 500 bucks on a couple pairs of glasses all right well look and grab a pair for Your wife or girlfriend or kids me personally did there's no selection. You can have all the pair of sunglasses there in the world, but if you're you can't make it to where the customer Actually likes them. What's the point you're literally forcing them to pay premium prices and not even get exactly what they want. You're gonna tell me for example pair of Oakley bat Wolf all their glasses still marked it almost $200 With plain black icons And black prism lenses And then tell me $135 to replace the lenses on top of that So now you're $335 plus tax for a pair of sunglasses on oakley.com. They advertise for 116 with the lenses that I would of wanted on there and that they did have at the store too so if you like me and You work hard for your money and you're gonna go do something for yourself. I would've liked to left there with a couple pairs of sunglasses that I was happy with not that I was forced to like Because that's all they had and it's the only store that has them and I didn't wanna wait to order online. It's just to me not caring about your customers want

    I’m sharing this review with genuine disappointment, as I have been a loyal Oakley customer for many years and have always trusted the brand for both quality and durability. In early June 2025, I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses. They were purchased from the Oakley Vault in Tennessee on June 1, 2025. These were not my daily work glasses , I only wore them occasionally and primarily for dressier situations. On Christmas Eve, when I put them on, I noticed what looked like a small scratch on the top of the frame. When I removed them, I realized the frame had cracked entirely through and snapped in half. There was no accident, impact, or misuse. Given how little they were worn and the way the frame failed, this appears to be a material or manufacturing defect. I submitted a warranty request through Oakley’s self-service portal and provided all purchase details I had, including the store location. Both my original and follow-up claims were denied, despite Oakley’s website indicating coverage for manufacturer defects. The only solution offered was the ability to repurchase the same pair for $165. That response felt dismissive, especially for a product that was less than six months old and failed under normal use. Oakley has always been a brand I respected, particularly as someone who works long hours outdoors and has relied on their products for years. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disheartening and has cost them a previously loyal customer.

    Went in to order prescription sunglasses and was nervous about getting the correct size frames because I had problems with a pair I just bought at LensCrafters not fitting me well. I explained the fit issues I was having with my current glasses to Kateri and she took the time to look at them and make the needed adjustments to make the glasses fit correctly...even though I didn't purchase them direct from Oakley! She was then very helpful with ordering the new prescription sunglasses. Kateri was very patient and thorough the entire time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted...something LensCrafters failed to do. I am definitely making all future Oakley product purchases directly from this Oakley store from now on.
