  The staff at this store in Syracuse are so friendly and helpful, especially Amber, who helped me find the perfect sports bra, speaking on her own experience of wearing different ones. She also helped me find some good bargains in the back of the store. On another note, the free hemming service is amazing.

  I have been a long-time customer of Lululemon and have always valued the brand for its quality and customer service. However, my recent experience at the Syracuse store left me extremely disappointed. I purchased a pair of full price align leggings in May 2020, and they had stitching issues from the moment I received them. In June 2021, I visited the Syracuse store to seek assistance with this problem. They attempted to fix the stitching issue but the repair was subpar and didn't hold up after just a few wears. I went to the store again and my experience with the staff was even worse.They said they can not mail the item to my house, and they think it's not a quality issue, leaving me with an unresolved problem. What truly bothered me was the dismissive attitude of the store educator. They did not seem concerned about my issue and, quite frankly, made me feel uncomfortable with their lack of empathy and refusal to acknowledge the problem as a quality issue. I had high expectations from Lululemon, both in terms of product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at the Syracuse store has shaken my confidence in the brand. I was under the impression that Lululemon had a strong commitment to its customers and their satisfaction, but this experience has left me questioning that commitment. I hope that Lululemon can take steps to address not only the quality of their products but also the way they handle customer concerns in the future. For now, I am left feeling disappointed and let down.

  Great store! Was welcomed right when I walked in, was able to look around without being harassed by sales associates like some other stores you may go to. When I was ready for help, I believe her name was Maddie, she came right over to assist me and knew the products very well. She even went into the back to search for a specific color and size for me! Highly recommend and worth the money!
