  See I wasn't going to say anything. I don't usually do this, at all. Yet the way the manager treated a young lady today at the counter had me second-guess my own common sense and compassion. As bystanders we usually mind our business and want nothing to do with someone else's drama. Now, I asked myself "isn't that the problem, no one speaks up or stands up for anyone anymore." I'm actually disappointed in myself because I should have said something! The manager Krstyna doesn't really care to carry herself with professionalism. And she honestly doesn't care either, she straight up told the customer she was with. That her job "ain't that serious anyways" when the young lady she was helping (who made perfect sense by the way) got a little emotional because they were treating her unmorally, just unkind all around. No empathy at all and it was absurd because she was actually correct... idk but I do KNOW the managers position should be REEVALUATED.

  Just watched the "manager" krystyna treat someone with the most disrespect. She was so smug about it! That's what we have as managers now?

  Nasty customer service! Been shopping here for YEARS. The retail staff carries theirselve far more professionally then the manager: the manager is rude, nasty, and condescending. I ended up calling American eagle customer service. And she continued to poke at me threatenening to kick me out of the store because I was going over her head. The employee was doing an exchange for me. And I should've just let her do it to begin with because she didn't correctly and handled everything professionally. Which went completely out the window when the manger krystyna took over she proceeded to get the staff to laugh at me and engaged in entertaining them because I was almost in tears and I informed her of that! Once I get off the phone with customer care I will be cancelling my credit card! It won't let me add the video, but I have one!

  I bought some great jeans there, the person I worked with was Adriana , she was excellent with me and picked out the most comfortable and suitable jeans for me. Thanks Adrie, Karen
