  Very Disappointed. The shoe I was looking for was not available in store so the associate said they could order it to my home. I placed the order with the cashier. When the email confirmation and receipt arrived in my email, the size was wrong. Customer service said they couldn’t cancel so when it shows up I can return it. I called the store but the manger Lilly wouldn’t get on the phone. She just made her employee talk to me and told me to call customer service again. Very disappointed….

  Hashim was extremely helpful and patient with my mother, he listened to all her concerns. He helped us get the shoes and discounts we wanted.

  Very nice location. Friendly staff. Make sure you are registered with DSW first time you recieve 20% off and then you get coupons in email and mail. Bought a beautiful nude heel for under $40
