  I came to the Syosset store looking for something specific , two outstanding young ladies went out of their way above and beyond to find me the shoes that I was looking for as a present! Neha and Ashley when above and beyond! Thank you, Dsw for having such wonderful people, this store is very accommodating, clean and amazing and great selection!!!!

  Very Disappointed. The shoe I was looking for was not available in store so the associate said they could order it to my home. I placed the order with the cashier. When the email confirmation and receipt arrived in my email, the size was wrong. Customer service said they couldn’t cancel so when it shows up I can return it. I called the store but the manger Lilly wouldn’t get on the phone. She just made her employee talk to me and told me to call customer service again. Very disappointed….

  Hashim was extremely helpful and patient with my mother, he listened to all her concerns. He helped us get the shoes and discounts we wanted.
