  Absolutely terrible experience! Our loving friends paid for an order to be delivered to us after my wife’s mother passed away. We got a call from an employee saying we would be getting a delivery within two hours. So we had our phones next to us waiting for the doorbell to ring. After a while I had to go outside for something and noticed the order was on our steps, sitting in the sun. When I checked the cameras the guy delivered it an hour and a half before! The problem is, he literally dropped it like he was an Amazon delivery guy, and just left it on our steps, and walked away. He never rang the door bell, never knocked. Are you freakin kidding me? One would think that a company selling perishable food would have the decency to knock, ring the doorbell, or hand the freakin order to somebody and not leave it to melt in the direct sun mid day! We called countless times to this store, and left messages for management or owners to call us back, but every one of our messages has been ignored. These people don’t care at all. Do yourselves a favor and do not give these people any of your hard earned money. They couldn’t care one bit about you. If this is what they do when we are aware, I can’t even imagine what goes on with the food when we can’t see. Absolutely disgraceful!!

  ****Do not order from the store.**** I sent an order to my friend whose mother passed away unexpectedly and they called her hours to about a half a day before delivery to ask if she would be home during the day which she said she was and they proceeded half a day to hours later drop off the edible arrangement without notifying her ringing the bell to let him know it was delivered. So it sat for hours on a hot day melted and destroyed by the time they found it. It took them three days of trying to call the store with each day no response ask for the manager who refuses to give him a call. I have filed multiple complaints with the store, a Better Business Bureau complaint and an escalated ticket through the main headquarters and still nothing. It is unbelievable that a business could care so less and just take the money and not even deliver a product that’s edible as they say in their store to a customer. Do yourself a big favor and Please look at all other options available before ordering from the store or this company.

  The owner is really rude and disrespectful after purchasing . Even not fulfilling the commitment. Quality is not good . Don’t give the business to this bald guy
