  I want to preface this by saying the staff member that helped me was nice so this is not towards her at all it’s towards corporate. I bought items less than 30 days ago hoping to return and on the receipt it doesn’t have the return policies it actually says to refer to the website which says merchandise other than fancy dresses can be returnable within 30 days, I came in store and the sign at the cash register said 14 days only and when I asked the worker about the website she said it’s different than in store. Corporate is really stupid what kind of store only does 14 days ? I didn’t wear the items once in perfect condition and receipt was with me. Shame on the corporate it’s terrible for a retail store and their staff

  Horrible staff especially the manager who's so rude with customers. All my friends said they no longer go there. They hope this place shuts down.

  Made a purchase on 8/14 for my daughter back to school outfits and Rosa and staff were great. I wanted fashionable teenage clothing which i really don't know much about and the help i received was amazing! Windsor is my new go to for school shopping and school events great selection. Ps the music at the store is a great selection .

  I bought a pair of hearings 5 days ago for 1$ and today they have tryed to sell me the same article with a broken part for 4,45$... of course the problem can't be the price but the way to solve problems with costumers! I'm very upset!
