  I want to preface this by saying the staff member that helped me was nice so this is not towards her at all it’s towards corporate. I bought items less than 30 days ago hoping to return and on the receipt it doesn’t have the return policies it actually says to refer to the website which says merchandise other than fancy dresses can be returnable within 30 days, I came in store and the sign at the cash register said 14 days only and when I asked the worker about the website she said it’s different than in store. Corporate is really stupid what kind of store only does 14 days ? I didn’t wear the items once in perfect condition and receipt was with me. Shame on the corporate it’s terrible for a retail store and their staff

  This store is too dramatic. It turns out that if you come shopping and bring your little ones, they tell you that if the children make noise you can't go in. One of the workers is very despot and I don't recommend this store apart. You have a very bad character when you ask them something. about the sizes

  I order a dress from a different store it didn’t come In time I was stressed because my event was the next day and I had no dress I walked in and was greeted right away the lady who greeted me name was Renee I believed I told her my problem and told me don’t worry about it we gonna find you that perfect dress her and co worker Rosa who I believe is the store manager these ladies gave me the best experience ever I ended up getting an amazing dress plus more I walked out with a dress and hand bag and matching jewelry I wanna say thank you ladies for helping me in my time of need and becoming my new Stylist thank you I will definitely be back.
