  I like going to This Newness of Place and Food Courts. My fave is the Chinese fast food. ( I forgot it's name.) They serve varietys and good portions, its worth the money and it taste Good!

  I used to go here growing up all the time it’s definitely changed a lot but once in a while when I come back to visit I do try to come there I have so many memories good and bad

  This Mall is fantastic clean and safe with many stores, the security staff is great and keep the place clear of the riff raff.

  They don't have clothing stores for women in their 40's and up just for children and teens it's ridiculous

  Based on my experience, Staten Island Mall has some of the worst management I’ve encountered. My interactions with Susan Nolan, Amy Knorr, and Mark Green were very disappointing. I found them to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to address legitimate concerns. Instead of helping resolve issues, they made the situation even more frustrating. Customer service and professionalism should be a priority, but that was not my experience. I hope the mall’s leadership takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes.
