Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I find it difficult to understand why the staff here often come across as so arrogant, especially given the brand's premium positioning. Better customer service is expected. The female sales associate was extremely impatient and rude. I don’t understand why the staff at this brand consistently displays such poor professionalism. In my experience, even at stores with no specific brand prestige, the service is usually quite good. It is deeply disappointing that this premium brand provides such poor service, which is the complete opposite of what I expected."
