  I visited FlynnStoned in Staten Island yesterday and had such a great experience. The selection was incredible they had just about everything you could think of. The highlight of my visit was Black. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to really listen and make the best recommendations. Every suggestion he made was on point. You can tell Black genuinely enjoys helping people and knows his products well, if you’re in Staten Island you must visit FlynnStoned Cannabis and definitely ask for Black he’ll know exactly what you need from A to Z.

  Best spot on the island hands down, I always walk out of there happy and the customer service is unmatched. Black always knows what I’m looking for and my preference he’s great at what he does. Since they opened I haven’t gone anywhere else since. And they have events all the time too !

  Are these employees high? Asked for a pre roll in my price range. Employee says he found something in my price range, and then continues to overcharge and completely go over budget. Also, the kiosk wasn't working. All too sketchy. The employees seem to be getting a percentage of the sales. Probably because they don't get paid fairly. What a waste of time.

  I've had a few experiences with a budtender here and honestly, he comes off really pushy. Its the tall black guy. Last time I went in, he kept trying to sell me something I didn't ask for and was saying things like "this is good stuff," even after I told him what I actually wanted, instead of just listening to me. I ended up buying it just to get through the interaction and the bud was trash, he said he smoked it before and he knows what he’s talking about. Clearly not. Meanwhile, what I originally came in for was great like always. I've also noticed him being kind of intimidating with other customers while I wait for him to help me. It comes off as aggressive. I prefer dealing with the managers because they actually listen and know what they're talking about. This needs to be addressed.
