- MPMichael PomaricoSep 4, 20265.0I had a great experience shopping at Express in the Staten Island Mall. The store was extremely clean, organized, and well maintained, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the manager, Josephine, who went above and beyond to help me find a new suit for an upcoming event. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way, from finding the right fit to offering advice on different styles and options that would work best for me. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Josephine provided the kind of customer service that really stands out and makes you want to return to a store. I truly appreciated her expertise and willingness to help. Highly recommend this Express location, and definitely ask for Josephine if you need help putting together the perfect outfit!
