  Terrible decision. Fruit delivered was old and spoiled. When I called the store they stated they would look into it and call back. Never received a response. Would never ever use this store again

  This place is an absolute scam. They will never deliver your order. They allow delivery drivers to steal your arrangement and then refuse to give you a refund. The customer service is beyond disrespectful and entitled.

  I have been ordering from this particular store for years, even when moved I out of state. Joey has always been very helpful and always calls me directly to ask if I want to place an order for an upcoming event that I regularly place an order for. Which has been helpful because sometimes I forget that birthday is coming up! We have never been disappointed with an arrangement and I appreciate their attention to detail. They are my go to anytime I need something special. Thanks Joey and team!

  Very disappointed with Edible Arrangements. Customer service was completely unhelpful and unaccommodating. No one reached out to resolve the issue, and I had to contact them multiple times with no real assistance or resolution. In the end, I received a refund—but not for the full amount. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Steer clear; their customer service is a joke.
