  Amazing experience at this location, staff treated us very well. Fruit basket was top notch, five stars in every way. We came back and ordered a second basket. Would highly recommend Edible on Richmond Ave. Thanks you, Barry F.

  Horrible! I ordered and specifically said I only want strawberries and bananas no other fruit all chocolate dipped. The platter was left outside in the heat the guy didn’t even ring the bell for the delivery. Also the platter was terrible the fruit was barely even dipped in chocolate when I called to complain and ask why they put grapes in it when I specifically asked for only chocolate covered bananas and strawberries he said oh some people like it because of the color. Fruit and wasn’t good quality either and I’ll never order again

  Terrible decision. Fruit delivered was old and spoiled. When I called the store they stated they would look into it and call back. Never received a response. Would never ever use this store again

  This place is an absolute scam. They will never deliver your order. They allow delivery drivers to steal your arrangement and then refuse to give you a refund. The customer service is beyond disrespectful and entitled.

  Thank you. I placed an order at 2 pm for same day service but received a call that they can’t make it because it’s after 2pm. I understood. I said okay I guess tomorrow is fine. But then they made it and delivered. Thank you’
