  Terrible decision. Fruit delivered was old and spoiled. When I called the store they stated they would look into it and call back. Never received a response. Would never ever use this store again

  This place is an absolute scam. They will never deliver your order. They allow delivery drivers to steal your arrangement and then refuse to give you a refund. The customer service is beyond disrespectful and entitled.

  I have been ordering from this particular store for years, even when moved I out of state. Joey has always been very helpful and always calls me directly to ask if I want to place an order for an upcoming event that I regularly place an order for. Which has been helpful because sometimes I forget that birthday is coming up! We have never been disappointed with an arrangement and I appreciate their attention to detail. They are my go to anytime I need something special. Thanks Joey and team!

  My first and last time using Edible Arrangements. Ordering online was simple and a breeze. Pick up at this location was where the experience lacked. Seems that there was no care put into the items I purchased. First the balloons broke immediately after I left the store, got new ones that broke as soon as I took them out of my car and floated away. Had to go back the next day for more balloons. My personalized message was not provided, I was told I never paid for it even though it was apart of the package deal. At that point I was not going to go back and forth, I did not even bring up that when I opened the box the some were items flipped over and on top of each. Overall I was pretty disappointed. I had always heard how great "Edible Arrangements" were. Not my experience, I will be utilzing another place the next time I need something like this.
