I usually avoid shopping at this American Eagle location because the staff attitude has never been welcoming, but this time I had no choice since I needed to exchange an online order for a different size. Unfortunately, the staff attitude was still just as bad.
- FYFook YiuMar 1, 20261.0If ur a Hispanic, black, Indian, just about any brown skinned minority or non white (maybe could have a decent experience as a pale skinned East Asian lol) don’t spend your money at this store or any store in the Staten island mall. Staten Island doesn’t have a reputation for racism for no reason… all I’m gonna say.

For that simple reason I leave without purchasing anything from your store. Has anyone else received this warm and gracious greeting from American Eagle?
