  Unacceptable Customer Service and Negligence from Sales Associate Francine I had an appalling experience with this store, specifically with sales associate Francine. From the start, the shipping was significantly delayed. When issues arose, Francine simply processed my shipping request incorrectly, leading to the package being marked as delivered to an unintended commercial location where someone else took it. When I reached out to explain that I never received the package, Francine offered zero assistance, simply sent a screenshot claiming it was delivered, and completely stopped responding. Refusing to initiate a carrier investigation or assist a customer after taking payment is completely unacceptable for a luxury brand like Ralph Lauren. Francine's cold, dismissive attitude and total lack of accountability made this the worst shopping experience imaginable. I strongly advise avoiding purchases through this store.

  I recently visited this Ralph Lauren store and was absolutely appalled by the service. The three sales associates we encountered were unwelcoming and rude. One, in particular, followed us throughout the store in a way that felt intrusive and distrustful, as though we were being monitored rather than assisted. It was impossible to browse as we were uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went in to buy Christmas gifts and left with nothing. As a lifelong, loyal customer, this experience left me questioning the values of a brand I once respected and has made it clear that I will not be returning.
