  I’m actually giving this company one star only because there wasn’t an option to leave zero stars… I ordered the “party size” berry chocolate bouquet and paid $220 for my next-door neighbor who had a heart attack! The order was delivered as promised the next day however it didn’t even resemble what I ordered at all and was literally half full where you could see the inside of the bouquet where it was half empty. Because it was our next-door neighbor we actually got the opportunity to see it for ourselves. I understand that pictures don’t always exactly resemble what you get and that they substitute fruit based on seasons and availability. However, it didn’t even slightly resemble what I ordered and it was half empty. We went to the store where it was prepared the next day and my husband and I explained to the woman that we were extremely unsatisfied and I showed her the photos that I had taken. She was also surprised to see what it looked like. She told me there was no manager in the store, but she would be sure to contact him and send him the photos and that he would get back to me that day. I waited 3 days and no phone call back. At that point, I emailed the corporate office about my situation and also included my photos. The website states to give them 24 to 48 hours to answer back. I waited 4 days and no response back. At that point, I called the corporate office. The woman put me on hold and called the store where my order was prepared and assured me that the store manager would be calling me within 24 hours. Again I waited 3 days and guess what? No phone call! I finally got a call back from the original girl that I spoke to at the store, not the manager. She was calling to check on our situation and knew nothing about my contact with the corporate office. I explained all the steps I had taken and that this was the last straw and opportunity for the manager to call me back before leaving my Google review and calling Visa to dispute! She again said the manager would call us back and again no call back! It’s been over three weeks at this point and here I am leaving my review and have called Visa to dispute! I have attached photos so that you can see my story and that I am not just someone who wants something for nothing…

  I’m still trying to figure out why the delivery driver, after being unable to contact the person who the delivery was for, left a $200 order with a neighbor across the street and a few houses down. They asked nicely and luckily, my neighbors didn’t steal my order, but this is totally unacceptable! Never again. I think that was extremely stupid. Totally regret tipping these people 25 bucks

  Very disappointing experience with this company. I placed my order four days in advance, but they waited until the last minute to inform me that they didn’t have the cake I originally ordered. I had ordered a large red velvet cake ($57.99) with a name and “Happy Birthday” message. Instead, I received a small vanilla cake that could only serve about five people, and they said they couldn’t even write the name or message on it. I also ordered a red heart balloon, which they didn’t have. The flower arrangement I requested included a red rose with purple flowers and green leaves, but the red rose was unavailable as well. On top of that, I was charged a delivery fee, and when I asked for slightly earlier delivery, they asked me to pay extra. I declined. Despite everything, I never received a refund. Instead, they added 6 cupcakes as a substitute, which did not make up for the issue. The worst part is the lack of communication. I placed my order days ahead, yet they waited until the last minute to tell me multiple items were unavailable, leaving me no time to order elsewhere. I spent nearly $165 and did not receive what I paid for. Overall, very poor service and extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
