  Very disappointing experience with this company. I placed my order four days in advance, but they waited until the last minute to inform me that they didn’t have the cake I originally ordered. I had ordered a large red velvet cake ($57.99) with a name and “Happy Birthday” message. Instead, I received a small vanilla cake that could only serve about five people, and they said they couldn’t even write the name or message on it. I also ordered a red heart balloon, which they didn’t have. The flower arrangement I requested included a red rose with purple flowers and green leaves, but the red rose was unavailable as well. On top of that, I was charged a delivery fee, and when I asked for slightly earlier delivery, they asked me to pay extra. I declined. Despite everything, I never received a refund. Instead, they added 6 cupcakes as a substitute, which did not make up for the issue. The worst part is the lack of communication. I placed my order days ahead, yet they waited until the last minute to tell me multiple items were unavailable, leaving me no time to order elsewhere. I spent nearly $165 and did not receive what I paid for. Overall, very poor service and extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

  I ordered one thing to be delivered to a friend and they delivered the wrong thing and I can’t get a hold of anyone by phone to discuss the error

  Location 81 East Main Street smithtown NY I was gifted the wooden fruit tray and flower arrangement with vase from this location. Unfortunately, when it was delivered no one was home, and I was heartbroken to find it placed on the floor, even though there were two chairs on the front porch where it could have been set. It was also obvious that other items had been stacked on top of mine during transport. Some of the fruit pieces were mashed and disheveled, the tray’s paper lining was scrunched up instead of neatly lining the tray, and many of the desserts were scattered and sitting directly on the wooden tray.
