From chatting and emailing with Randy initially to plan and pick the right slide, to the team doing set up and right thru to communication regarding pick up - top quality customer service all the way thru! And the slide itself was awesome - everyone from 2 to 66 yrs old had a blast - smiles, hoops and hollers all day - would definitely rent from LI party guys again!!

The whole process from start to finish was smooth . We communicated solely via email, and the owner was very prompt in answering any questions I had . The product was delivered as stated on time two days before the event and picked up the day after . All staff wereprofessional and friendly . Prices were comparable to all the other companies I checked out . Would definitely recommend!

They were so nice, great communication and the team set up the slide in the 95 degree heat. The water slide we rented was 22 ft high and was perfect (and refreshing) for kids and adults! (5 yrs olds to 50 yr olds) Every single person had a huge smile on their face coming down! Thank you again from the Silva's. We would def rent again from Long Island Party Guys.

Randy was so easy to talk to and get everything in order. We did a bull rental for a graduation party. They were on time and provided the service exactly as discussed. I would recommend them and will use them again to entertain my family and friends!!!!
