  Upstate rental is a very reliable, understandable, and very on top of their customer care. Accommodating to estimates in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Karen was a pleasure to speak with on the phone.

  Awful service. The women in the office lied to us about having the sides of the tent available. Also shorted us on a table cloth. my sister's father in-law had to drive an hour and a half each way to pick up the table cloth. the women of the office gave a nasty attitude trying to say that my sister didn't order enough table clothes. luckily my sister sent the contract with her father in-law. they also lied about sending outdoor heaters. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you do the wrong thing the least you can do is be apologetic not combative.
