  I reached out to request a quote and received this response "Thank you for your interest in our services. Our office is located in Seneca Falls NY. You may want to seek out a vendor closer to your event location." Their website advertises service to Syracuse, Utica, and "surrounding areas," yet provides no clear information about delivery limits, service radius, or geographic restrictions. Had those limitations been clearly stated on the website, I would not have spent time submitting an inquiry. If certain areas are outside their service range, that information should be disclosed upfront so people can determine whether they're a fit before reaching out.

  I HIGHLY recommend Mike and the entire Upstate Party Rental team. They literally saved my party from what would have been a disaster. The original vendor flaked on me three days prior to my outdoor party. When I called Upstate, Mike (the owner) answered on the first ring. It was July 1st and we were heading into one of the busiest weekends of the year. In spite of that tight turnaround, Mike had a comprehensive solution for me within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. He knew I was in a bind and he could have gouged me but he didn't. Two days later Mike and his team arrived at my house (exactly as scheduled) and assembled a beautiful tent complex. Moreover, I had a live band set to perform at the party and the weather forecast was getting worse with thunderstorm chances rising. Again, Mike had a perfect solution. He did the 80 mile round trip to his facility and back to my house later that day with a stage and enclosed tent. During the actual party it poured rain twice, but the party raged on undeterred by the storms. Mike recommended that I also rent industrial fans and silent generators from him, which I did, and these were hugely helpful in keeping the guests and the band cool and the tent lights on all night long....This company literally saved my party. There is zero doubt in my mind that I will use them again the next time I throw an outdoor party! They are a highly capable and professional team.

  Always very helpful. Easy to work with and fair prices. Nice people. Call them. Tents, chairs, tables, glass ware. Never been disappointed.

  Upstate rental is a very reliable, understandable, and very on top of their customer care. Accommodating to estimates in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Karen was a pleasure to speak with on the phone.
