The store is very clean, and things are organized creating a shopping experience where you don't feel lost or confused because of the layout.

One thing I’ve always dislike about this store is the time it opens compare to their competitor store Nike right next door. Today Sunday march 16th ,2025 I went in first place ti shop as usual at lululemon and it doesn’t open until 12 .Sundays I usually go for breakfast and then shopping and I squally end up Sundays at Nike for the fact that lululemon opens at 12 and Nike is open ..This was my purchase at Nike and I if I was at lululemon it would’ve been more than this . I think you should really notice and acknowledge your clientele opinion and open up the store when your competitor opens.

I have always had negative experiences at the Lululemon in the Westchester, particularly with the women there and the women at Lululemon are so helpful so kind. They truly come off so genuine, not a fake bone in their bodies. Specifically Arianna, alexis, and monica Were amazing during my visit. I felt supported and appreciated through the entire time! If you’re a Lululemon lover, I truly recommend coming into the store, even though it’s new and a lot of the employees are fairly new on their training as well, They are more than happy to help and figure out whatever you need. I Will definitely be in person more now that the Vernon Hills store has made my whole experience with Lululemon something different and special. Shout out this new team! The store is so beautiful and bigger than other Lulus in the area.
