  The staff at N Fox are always super helpful. They are a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

  If you’re wearing regular clothes, the staff will ignore you, will be rude and dismissive and towards you. They need to understand that in life, there are people who want to buy a nice looking sports watch to use it just as the name says, as a sports watch. In world outside of a jewelry store, people aren’t wearing suits or a polo with slacks 24/7. In real life, people who are fit, change out of business attire and into athletic clothes and workout. It’s okay if they want to buy a Rolex sports watch to know what it’ll look like while they’re wearing sports attire. The staff is very disconnected from reality and rude.

  I spoke with Chrissy last December and she added me to the waitlist for a Rolex OP41, silver dial. She reached out to me several times letting me know she is still looking for me. She called me one day to advise the watch arrived and it was mine if I was still interested. She presented the watch to me, activated the warranty, sized it in a pleasant and courteous manner. She also assisted me with sizing a vintage Rolex that I had in my collection. Chrissy is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help.
