  What a wonderful experience I had picking up a little gift for myself. So much to choose from and wonderful professional jewelers. I was able to take my time and never felt rush or obligated. The picture does not do it justice!

  Chrissy is the best of the best. Customer service is alive and well at N Fox Jewelers. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so well taken care of in my life. I always leave feeling like just spent time catching up with a good friend. I highly recommend this store for any of your jewelry and timepiece needs.

  Visited this store with potential opportunity to make a purchase. As we browsed for approximately 15 min, we were not greeted at all. There were several employees helping other customers and other employees standing together overlooking the store not helping anyone specifically, just chatting to one another. We then asked if a specific item was white gold or silver, when an employee replied white gold as she walked away toward another couple to ask if they needed anything. Coincidentally, what I had been looking for for months, was in this store, however the lack of conversation and ignorance of the employees even after directly asking a question regarding an item, and being completely dismissed caused us to walk away and not purchase anything. We were not dressed as “impeccably” as other customers and maybe that was why we treated differently. I’m not sure but this made me not want to give this store my business. I hope this was a one off interaction and not the norm. Overall, very disappointed as friends have raved about it.
