- OKoliver kressOct 1, 20261.0Look out for irreversible rhodium plating on your white gold jewelry. My fiancée asked to have her grandmother's heirloom wedding band cleaned and polished and it came back to us with a tacky chrome-like finish we never asked for. When we realized what had been done she asked to have it reversed and they refused to even try to polish it off. Do not trust these people with your vintage jewelry.
