- EFEileen FollanoJun 26, 20265.0This edible is the best store in Nassau county. Each edible is independently owned, and in my experience RVC does the best work. Their workers make everything as they look in the pictures, and contact me when they need to change or substitute something. I used to pickup if it was a town they didn’t deliver to. But lately they said they will go mostly anywhere on the island now. So that’s a win as I prefer their stuff. Good people too.

I contacted the store, spoke to Sonny who was more than accommodating in getting my order placed with a store closer to the correct address. There was no additional cost and he did everything for me. I was extremely grateful for his assistance in correcting my error.

When I got to checkout, I was told the price was around $50 instead. I politely mentioned that it was marked as $26.99, and the employee spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out the pricing before bringing over the manager. The manager then told me, “No, our price is $50,” and when I explained that I thought it was supposed to be $26.99, he responded in a rude tone saying, “So you don’t want it? Whatever no problem.” I ended up buying the flowers. I understand mistakes happen, especially on busy holidays like Mother’s Day, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude. My time was wasted for over 20 minutes after a long day of working, and at the very least, prices should be listed correctly and customers shouldn’t be spoken to rudely for asking about a pricing discrepancy.
