  Still the same old shoe store. But they have went down in stock of shoes. Price went up a little, less good brands to choose from than before when I used to shop there. They used to have great Nike to pick from that's why I shopped there all the time. Now you need to look online or go to the outlet mall in Waterloo.

  The other day after shopping at a local store i ran in DSW This is the 3 time i have shopped there. Two out of the three times i have left with different sized shoes The girl said ahe checked but i had a 9 and a 9.5 in the same box. I live 40 miles from the store and now i am stuck Finding the shoe i wanted was hard as i had knee surgery and nobody was there to help. So now i have shoes that dont work and can’t get out to bring them back

  I went into the store and I was looking for the assistant manager Jaqueline and I was told she no longer worked there. I was totally disappointed she had a lot of knowledge of everything I bought there . Always smiling and great customer service. She was always engaging with all the customers . I could tell she was totally devoted to her job. I’m not happy with anyone else there . I will not shopping at DSW anymore. It’s really disappointing that she doesn’t work there anymore. They lost a GREAT employee. Sad what times have become taking my business elsewhere.

  Employee standing at front counter jumping up and down and wiggling his rear end acting a fool while teenage employees giggling listening to him. Made me very uncomfortable. No help from any employer while trying to find shoes for my mother. When i left and saw the gathering i realized why. No thanks dsw
