- CVClaribel Vazquez1 day ago1.0I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding City Trends' refusal to issue a refund for a product I attempted to return. I presented my receipt as proof of purchase, and the product was in undamaged condition. Despite providing the receipt and returning the product in good condition, my refund was denied. I believe this matter deserves further review. I am requesting that City Trends explain the reason for denying my refund and resolve this issue in accordance with its refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Please investigate this matter and provide a written response regarding the resolution of my complaint. Thank you for your time and attention.
