- PVPat VMar 15, 20261.0I just visited the Rag & Bone outlet store in Tangers Riverhead....I frequently visit the store....I selected 2 of the same items and was at the cashier. I was told everything in the store was 30% off.....a salesgirl went in the stock room to bring out 2 fresh items....a tall guy with curly hair decided to ring me up. He told me both items were on sale and the price was mismarked when it clearly stated the reduced price and an additional 30% off....the tall salesman asked me if I wanted to purchase at the higher price. I told him why would I make a purchase a higher price when it clearly states a lower price.... the salesman was rude and condescending.....I was shocked at the way he treated a customer....I suggest that management reprimand the unlikable salesperson....I was disappointed and did not make the purchase.....a terrible experience due to an arrogant salesman....will decide if I will ever enter the store again. Thank you!!!!

I was looking for jeans for my husband and they pushed a ton of other stuff on me repeatedly stating I could bring it back if he didn’t like it. When I went to check out I saw a sign saying no returns or exchanges. They said that didn’t apply for holiday shopping and I could bring anything back until mid January. The next day I went to return the things my husband didn’t like and they said no refunds only exchanges. They knew what they were doing and misled me and added tons of items to the sale knowing I’d be stuck and they’d have 1k of my money. Shame on you. You don’t make commission so I hope the karma for intentionally ripping people off is worth corporate patting you on the back for sales.
