  I had a great experience today at the Riverhead Polo Ralph Lauren outlet. I was greeted by a very nice person who kindly found exactly what I was looking for. It's always hard to estimate my size so she was kind enough to grab two sizes and help me to the fitting room. As it turns out it wasn't exactly the product I was looking for so she recommended that I look at the main Polo Ralph Lauren store, which I did and found the perfect shirt in the perfect color with the style I was looking for. It's been years since I've shopped at the Riverhead location but I will definitely go back.

  Nice store, friendly staff, pretty good selection. I've been in this store a number of times but rarely buy anything because I don't feel like I'm getting any kind of deal. For most items pricing is anything but "Factory Store". I recently picked out a men's windbreaker jacket, priced at $185. A quick internet search revealed that Macy's had the exact same jacket for $135. Told the sales clerk I would buy it if they could match the price, he declined, I left.

  Michael at the Ralph Lauren Polo outlet in Riverhead provided some of the most exceptional customer service I have experienced in a long time. Several months ago, I mentioned to him that I was looking for a specific design item that wasn’t in stock at the time. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to remember after so long, but Michael did. When the item finally came in, he actually went through his client list, remembered my request, and contacted me right away to let me know it had arrived. I hadn’t even been in the store for months, which made his effort even more impressive. That level of attention, professionalism, and genuine care for customers is rare today. Michael went above and beyond, and it truly made my day. Ralph Lauren is fortunate to have someone like him representing their brand. People with this level of dedication deserve to succeed in a big way. If Michael ever opens his own business one day, I have no doubt he will do incredibly well. Thank you again, Michael, for such outstanding customer service.
