  Its always a pleasure shopping at this location. Otto and Rene were wonderful. Both were very friendly and helpful. Went today on valentine’s day and they greeted us with sweets and refreshments. They know how to make a customer feel welcome. While this was my first time meeting Rene, i have dealt with Otto before on previous shopping trips and he was just as sweet and helpful as always. They are both great assets to Michael Kors. Thank you for making my husband, mother and myself welcome at your store. Oh and i love my new coat!!!

  I have been in retail for 17 years , i can’t help myself i pay attention to service when i enter a store . I will praise and, i will add my feedback if it isn’t favorable . No doubt Josh on both of my occasions shopping in MK was an associate to be admired as well as recognized. Totally helpful , honest, polite and …. all you need for a successful store to continue to operate .
