  I went to pick up a order the manager didn't help me at all she was really rude and she kicks me out the store!!! Never going to this store again!

  Honestly was one of the most frustrating experiences . They have a new machine that weather protects your shoes and takes mins to Do each time so you have to wait online when a customer is having it done instead of taking the next guest until the others guest shoes are done being cleaned I was one of the only few customers in store and was there for 20 mins on the line !!! Plus the manager saw me waiting when she was at register doing nothing and didn’t even care to help me just told me to stand where the line began after standing in the wrong spot for 6 mins Becasue I didn’t know where it started I was the only one on line behind these other guests ! And customer experience was fake and rude and I’ll never go back and nobody knows the inventory or wth they’re doing !!makes sense why the store is always empty .
