It’s hard to see it in these pictures with the lighting but I found these shoes and they fit really well but I needed an 11 and 1/2 and they only had one of the size I had they told me there’s nothing in the back which is completely fine but the size 12s I tried on first who knows maybe no one really tried them on before but they seemed newer than the 11 and 1/2 and there was a card from the company in the size 12s that I would probably just read and toss away at home or keep if I thought it was cool but anyways that card wasn’t in the size 11 and a 1/2 but it was on the 12s when I opened the size 11 and 1/2 which I wanted one of the shoes were already tied so I was like ok maybe someone tried them on and then I saw the bottoms and it looked more worn than the 12s that had the special card and came pre wrapped in the cloth bag they have for each shoe contrary to the 11 and 1/2 and then I also noticed slight blemishes which is normal on shoes like these that are cheaper they were 100$ but to be fair I also saw them on the 12s but anyways I think to myself maybe they have been returned, I mean their floors are very dirty but the difference seemed bigger on the 11 and 1/2 so who knows maybe someone really tested them on their dusty floors and walked around and picked up all that dust on the bottoms but I go to the front to pay and see if I could get a discount because I’m thinking they were probably returned and the manager comes to check out my claim and just rushes me and completely dismissed my claim barely taking the time to look and just asked me to pick a size and buy so figured I should leave this review because that’s just terrible customer service and not even about the discount anymore unfortunately I do need these for a party in 2 days so that’s on me but yea just disappointed from my first experience at this store, who knows I may try somewhere else tomorrow or just get them today but yea just disappointed in the service here
