My husband and I stood around waiting for 20 minutes to check out a purchase. The older female employee and the long haired male employee neither were competent to ring up a purchase. The older female employee called a younger employee who had just left on a break trying to get her meal and yelled at her to return, telling her she was not allowed to wait to get her food now because the she and the other employee were too incompetent to complete a basic sale??? Why are they employed there??? The two employees took no responsibility for their lack of ability to complete the sale, choosing to blame the third employee for not being there. I don't understand how you have a staff for a store where two thirds are not trained to do the bare minimum. Who is responsible for training? Needless to say, they lost the sale from us after we were tired of waiting. The only reason I am writing this review is because I don't wish the third employee to lose her job for being on her mandated break because this older woman was adamant to blame her publicly to anyone who would listen. Incredibly unprofessional all around.

This store is a joke. The music they're playing is absolutely unbearable. It's so loud that it's impossible to enjoy shopping. We politely asked if they could lower the volume just a little, and the response was, "Why?" Maybe because it's blasting through the entire store and feels more like a nightclub than a place to shop. On top of that, the music is filled with explicit lyrics and constant profanity. Not everyone wants to listen to aggressive, explicit R&B while shopping. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and makes customers want to leave rather than stay.
