  Extremely disappointed. The cashier was in a bad mood because the previous customer was giving her a hard time.So she took it out on me with a nasty attitude. I shrugged it off because I really had to use the bathroom. After spending over a hundred dollars on two pairs of shoes for me and my son, they refused to let me use the bathroom.And I didn't even ask the same cashier. They have a policy that states, no customers are allowed to use their bathrooms. Even though there's a huge sign that says restrooms, which is extremely inconsiderate. It's 85° in New York. Everybody's drinking water.Customers should have access to restrooms. I will not be coming back.

  Very clean, large location in Rego Park. Elevator or escalator up. Clean store, nicely lighted, and fully stocked. Nice displays throughout, plus an ample mark-down section. Quick checkout. ♿️

  Disgustingly rude staff —- there to purchase shoes for my son’s prom and asked for the code for the bathroom for my wife. With the only rude attitude he tells me .. “That’s not a public bathroom .. go next door maybe they’ll let you use it.” Needless to say I put all my stuff down and left. Shameful that your own employees cost you money for their attitude.

  Went to the store on Mother’s Days weekend , Friday May 8, at Noontime with my mom and sister to get so shore. The floor staffs told us that they restroom is not for public and direct use to Marshall’s restroom. WOW ! NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. DSW employee’s thought that they were working in a Private VIP Sale Event NO ONE Can’t use the restrooms, ON TOP OFF that went I paid with my gift card the Cashiers told me to scratch the back of card numbers before use it next time. OMG! The cashier unhappy to do it and she told me that my gift is not working, she ask me went I got the gift card and I told her 3 weeks ago, she try few times and it works. This is my First and the last time spendings my time and money at DSW Rego Park . No Customer Service at all.
