The sales associate Giselle in the front was very rude and probably had a bad day. Otherwise everything else was great!

The floor staffs told us that they restroom is not for public and direct use to Marshall’s restroom. WOW ! NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. DSW employee’s thought that they were working in a Private VIP Sale Event NO ONE Can’t use the restrooms, ON TOP OFF that went I paid with my gift card the Cashiers told me to scratch the back of card numbers before use it next time. OMG! The cashier unhappy to do it and she told me that my gift is not working, she ask me went I got the gift card and I told her 3 weeks ago, she try few times and it works. This is my First and the last time spendings my time and money at DSW Rego Park . No Customer Service at all.
