I didn't do anything with the tags, etc., but at the checkout they told me they wouldn't accept the return "next time" because the tag was wrinkled (even though it wasn't), and I honestly didn't do anything! Terrible attitude. Never again! I recommend the manager conduct training. I'll also contact the official website; I'm left with a terrible feeling!

I went in today and I think the employees are just getting paid to follow customers to see if they don’t steal . Also the girl at register had a horrible attitude i will never ever go in this store again just horrible my husband had to return because the cashier did not remove the alarms in the hat because she had that nasty attitude. It made it seem like we were bothering her for doing her job .

Asked her for a dress size and she said she couldn’t hear me very rudely while she was standing right in front of me . She gave such a nasty look. She deserves to get fired. Who treats customers like that!
