  I came here 2 weeks ago and today to return something and it was so incredibly fast! I was shopping for my youngest daughter for her graduation and I got beautiful dresses for her from this location. My daughter is on the bigger side so not much fit her but we eventually found something for her the girls were kind & attentive about it. And were very helpful. Me and my daughter love this store and the girls in it. Beautiful customer service!

  Ordered dresses shipped to house, brought returns back to store. Process took less than 3 minutes before receiving return confirmation.

  I find it extremely unprofessional that negative customer reviews are deleted. It gives the impression that the company does not care about its customers’ experiences. so AGAIN. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I walked into the store and immediately noticed two employees, Angela and Harmony, not doing their jobs. Instead, they were gossiping and even using inappropriate language in front of customers. The customer service was terrible both were rude, dismissive, and completely inattentive. At one point, a customer was waiting at the register for about two minutes with no help. I even asked her how long she had been standing there. When I approached one of the employees (Angela), she gave me a strange look and didn’t respond at all. Meanwhile, the other employee (Harmony) was behaving inappropriately in front of customers, (shaking her butt) which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.I ended up leaving without making a purchase because the atmosphere was so disrespectful. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I also contacted customer service and received no follow-up, which only adds to the frustration.

  The clothes are nice. The younger associates were very nice except for the middle age lady i think her name is Tanya if im not mistaken. She makes us feel uncomfortable and have a very bad customer service.
