  I bought my fiance Metas gen 2 Ray Ban glasses for Father’s Day. Total of it all at the end came to almost $570.00. The sales woman Danielle who was helping me with my purchase recommended getting the warranty on the glasses (an extra $65.00) She explained as long as we bring back the glasses no matter what with the warranty we would get a new pair of glasses for free. What she failed to mention was a $120.00 copay when getting a new pair and the warranty is only a one time thing. Needing to use our warranty and being surprised about the $120.00 copay that Danielle failed to mention the manager Christina was nothing but unhelpful and rude. As a manager you’re supposed to take responsibility for your employee mistakes. I would’ve never bought those glasses that day and will never go back to that store! Also the new glasses we got with the warranty sucks and barely work. We had more than 30 minutes before the store closed and Christina was pushing us out saying they needed to close up. Terrible experience. Terrible service from Danielle and Christina.

  Gate was down and they appeared to be out of business. I asked at another store and was told they were still in business, probably at lunch. I waited over an hour for someone to show at the store. I was sold display glasses ( I didn’t realize it at the time). When I got to my car and put them on I noticed a chip on the left lense. I didn’t have time to go back, so I tried calling. It was a generic voice mail. I am afraid I will never be able to get the glasses replaced. The gate is down on the store and no one answers the phone.
