- DCDaniel ClaudioSep 26, 20261.0I’ve been a regular J.Crew customer, but my experience at the Poughkeepsie store was deeply disappointing. I brought in two shirts to exchange for different sizes. The staff found one purchase in my account, but the other shirt wasn’t showing up. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just the same shirt in a different size. The clerk and manager refused the exchange and told me I’d have to pay full price for a new shirt. That’s poor customer service, especially for someone who has shopped with the brand regularly. I won’t be returning to this store or shopping with J.Crew again.
