- GGGlory GloryAug 3, 20261.0The owner Kamaron was very nonchalant about dropping my order off outside when nobody was home, not to say it was chocolate and fruit in this kind of weather.When i spoke to him about my order he says that there was nothing wrong with dropping my order off outside with no one home. Although he agreed to pick up the order it shouldn’t have been left unattended in the first place. And when I asked for a refund due to his company mistake i was told no refund. This is coming from the owner that wasn’t pleasant, so i can imagine his workers conduct themselves. Im very displeased with this customer service for this special occasion. I spoken back to karamon after it’s stated reached out to store for full refund and i was told that he can on give half. What type of games do this company play. My order was never supposed to be left at the door it was fruits. Don’t purchase from this store your order might be left at the doorstep while nobody’s home. They ruined the special moment.

The owner was rude and not worth giving this man or his store your money. And I never got my money back or anything missing or anything new that was destroyed. Very upset. The manager Kameron is not a good man.

- TTTom TurchynMay 22, 20261.0Worst business I’ve ever had to deal with! They screwed up the delivery and put the arraignment in a place the recipient couldn’t find it and it was attacked by animals. When I asked for a refund the person who said he was the owner refused to replace or refund my money, got rude and disrespectful on the phone and then hung up abruptly. Try to file a complaint with the parent organization and got no response back. If I could the Poughkeepsie store a negative star they would get 10 of them. Take your business to Adams Fair Acre Farms if you want to deal with competent and professional people, but never use Edible INCOMPETENT Arraignments!!!
