  Had an issue with my order, I received chocolate oppose to white chocolate. I contacted the store, spoke with Marly who was very nice and apologetic. She advised she would let her manager Reema know. I spoke with Reema the next day and she immediately apologized and advised she would replace the entire order as there were other items in the order. This happened to be at a business time, however, Reema advised whatever day was good for me she would have it ready. I will admit I did not go right away to get it taken care of, however, a couple months later I reached out explained to her I am finally able to stop by and pick up my order, after reminding her of the situation without hesitation she said come I will have it ready for you. She could have easily said the time has passed or made up any excuse but she did not and for that I would like to take the time to thank her for her customer service and being kind from the initial call of speaking with her to me walking in the door and picking up my treats. I will be back again! I would also like to note she offered to have it delivered but I wanted to come and pick it up.

  Reema is amazing! She got the fruit board done ahead of time and she made sure all my concerns were addressed and satisfied before walking out the doors. I wouldn’t have turned to Edible arrangements because they are on the pricey side but my mom needed fruit for her party urgently and after how attentive Reemas service was I will be returning for future events XOXO

  I placed an order with Edible Arrangements in Pearl River and unfortunately made a mistake with the delivery date. The driver did the right thing and brought the arrangement back to the store. Reema immediately called me to see how she could help. She went above and beyond by offering to redeliver the arrangement on Monday. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company handles them that really matters. Reema’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were absolutely incredible. I truly appreciate the waythey handled the situation and would highly recommend the Pearl River Edible Arrangements.
