  I couldn’t be happier with my new gold chain! The entire team here at Kravit Jewelers made me feel welcomed from the moment I entered. I was recommended by a friend to their store manager Danny, in which his assistance and attention to detail was top notch. We clicked right off the bat and what stood out to me was his experience: noticing subtle differences in craftsmanship ensuring I picked the perfect piece! Not to mention, his knowledge made it a learning experience for me as well. 2 for the price of 1! When in search for top tier customer service from a trusted jeweler, I highly recommend them! Don’t forget to ask for Danny!

  I had a phenomenal experience working with Kravit Jewelers as a Rolex AD. I dealt with the store manager Danny to purchase my first Rolex. Danny was very helpful in showing me options both new and pre-owned. I showed Danny a picture of the Rolex I was interested in from Rolex’s website and surprisingly Kravit had the exact watch in stock brand new. I wasn’t sure if they would let me purchase the watch, but Danny was able to make it happen as he felt it was meant to be. I was able to purchase my first Rolex as the original owner, which means a lot to me. The experience of purchasing the watch was seamless and simple. I had my 8 month old baby with me and they were very accommodating to us throughout our time spent in the store. From my experience with this store, they gained a customer for life. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone in the market for a Rolex or any piece of jewelry.

  I had my Rolex serviced under warranty through Kravitz Jewelers and the experience was excellent. Ariana and the whole team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and they handled everything seamlessly. When I got the watch back, it looked and performed like new. Kravitz made the entire process simple and stress-free — exactly what you want when servicing a piece like this. Highly recommend.
