  Please don't deal with this sunglass hut store. Sunglass hut at Walden Galleria mall in Buffalo NY does so much MORE for their customers Niagara falls WONT DO for example if you have a pair of glasses that's in warranty or within the 30days Niagara Falls will not take them back an order you another pair to be delivered to your home its just a waiting game(if there not in store that's always) Niagara Falls only orders if your spending $ but Buffalo will take item an order what you want immediately they won't let an customer leave store or get off phone disappointed. GET BETTER DO BETTER WILL NOT BE RETURNING LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR NIAGARA FALLS.

  Absolutely horrible staff I wish I would’ve got the name of the employee. I hurried up and rushed out of work to get to the store. I made it there at 6:50 they close at seven. I explained to him that the sunglasses are a gift for tomorrow and that the Costa order says they were delivered to the store and accepted by an employee. The gentleman said he can’t help me. There’s only 10 minutes before they close and that the sunglasses weren’t there he didn’t even look I expressed to him again. I would really appreciate for him to help me as it’s a birthday gift and he did the chewing motion with his hands to shoot me out of the store. Completely disrespectful and I will definitely be calling the store tomorrow to speak to a manager about this experience.

  I bought a pair of sunglasses at this place about two months ago which works fine. The problem happened when the lady who was working there wanted to help me out with adjustment of my own eyeglasses with their hot air frame warmer. As it is apparent from the attached photographs, their device heavily damaged the coating on the lens and caused crazing with multiple fine cracks. The next day I called them to see how can we resolve the issue and they offered me a $25 coupon (for spending $100 there) which was not proportional to my $300 eyeglasses but I was still OK with that. I thought that they probably had no experience with eyeglasses and I did not expect them to fully compensate the damage. Up to this point, everything was fine. Yesterday (7/27 Saturday around 4 PM), I went to get my coupon and the clerk there (which was probably the supervisor of the one who damaged my glasses) started arguing with me with an OFFENSIVE attitude (implying that I was lying). After seeing her aggressive attitude, I left the shop just to stop an unnecessary argument with her! I am extremely disappointed, the staff at this place are super irresponsible and disrespectful. I do not mind the damage, the money, the coupon, or the compensation. But I do mind to deal with a polite and respectful person! I do not recommend this shop to others, and I will follow up with the costumer service.
