  Such a cute store, only wish the play time in the court was a bit more then 5 mins 😆 I needed more time to test out them racket and try all the different style they offer!

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Wilson SoHo store. I ordered a new tennis racquet with custom stringing on May 29 and picked it up on May 30. A few days later, the store called me because they had given me the wrong racquet due to mixing up my order with another customer who had the same first name. I returned to the store to exchange it, trusting that everything had been corrected. Unfortunately, after playing with the racquet for several weeks (about 1–2 times per week), it never felt right. I assumed I just needed time to adjust. When I finally took it to another tennis shop to have it restrung, they checked the order history and informed me that Wilson had also installed the wrong string, which explained why the racquet felt so uncomfortable. I went back to the Wilson SoHo store to discuss the issue. The staff even remembered the original mix-up, but the only solution they offered was that if I bought another new racquet from Wilson, they would string it for free. They took no responsibility for the mistake they made and offered no reasonable resolution. This reflects poor order management and disappointing customer service. I expected much better from a premium tennis brand. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in shopping at the Wilson SoHo store, and I won’t be purchasing another racquet there.
