  Came to buy shoes, dampeners, and a racquet. Didn’t see a price on the shoes, nor dampeners so I left.

  They have great collection, loved shopping the store. Jacob helped me pick a couple of nice outfits. The only thing is, I was promised that the purchase receipt would be emailed to me but it never was. After calling them to ask for the receipt, they weren’t able to find anything. Kind of frustrating because I really wanted that receipt

  This store has a relatively good selection of Wilson merchandise, but I had a bizarrely bad customer service experience. I walked into the store and no one greeted me despite me being the only person there and two staffers present. Which is no big deal, but set the tone for the rest of the experience. There was a team member on the sales floor not doing anything but wandering around, but it was like that person was willfully ignoring me. At one point, I said, “I have a question,” to ask about stock of other sizes and they just fully didn’t respond despite being a few feet away. Maybe they didn’t hear me, but after wandering around the store with two items in my hand for over ten minutes and feeling like I was invisible, going over to the counter to check out and still being ignored, I just put everything back on the shelves and left. I always try to patronize businesses in person to save the shipping impact and cost, but I won’t be going back to this store.

  Love this store. The salespeople are fabulous. Wayne and Rynell were very helpful fitting me for my pickleball shoes. They were very polite, knowledgeable (and funny). I highly recommend this store!

  Great experience and great store! Eli was so helpful in making sure I got the right racket. He asked a lot of questions, and was very patient. Friendly staff. Recommended!
