Very helpful service! It was easy to find a racket and tennis outfit that worked well for me. Great collection. And

This store is the absolute worst!! I just tried to buy some Jumbo Tennis Balls for the US Open and this woman who calls herself as store employee was so rude and basically told me she doesn’t know anything. I called up 2 days ago and they said the store would be receiving them any day now. Instead of saying I dont know anything, you should ask for my information and you can give me a call when the balls arrive. But of course, this incompetent employee had to do the bare minimum so I could not obtain any further information. Avoid this store at all costs

Came to buy shoes, dampeners, and a racquet. Didn’t see a price on the shoes, nor dampeners so I left.

They have great collection, loved shopping the store. Jacob helped me pick a couple of nice outfits. The only thing is, I was promised that the purchase receipt would be emailed to me but it never was. After calling them to ask for the receipt, they weren’t able to find anything. Kind of frustrating because I really wanted that receipt
