- KPKam “KBP” PAug 14, 20265.0Went hear to get my broken chain fixed based on a recommendation from another jeweler that was unable to do it. They did an exceptional job with it. Also, they added in a cleaning that gave new life to it and made it look as great as the day I got it. The staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend if you need any jewelery fixed.

Caitlin was amazing and was able to get me the watch I really wanted—an Oyster Perpetual 36 with the pistachio dial. This was my first time purchasing a brand-new Rolex, which made the moment even more meaningful. I absolutely love my new watch! Thank you, Caitlin and the entire team, for making this such a special and memorable experience.

She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, took her time to answer my questions, and offered suggestions about rings that I brought in for cleaning and re-sizing. Gilo quickly repaired one of my favorite pieces and did so with a smile. I had previously taken it to another jeweler who didn’t fix it so it was good to know that Rolex has actual experts who know how to repair jewelry properly the first time.
