I have nothing but positive things to say about both her and the store—what a wonderful experience. Maria is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. What impressed me most was the respect and kindness she showed me from the moment I walked in. Even though I was dressed casually, she treated me with genuine courtesy and made me feel valued as a customer. Her approach was a refreshing contrast to the experiences I recently had at two other authorized dealers. Maria’s exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me. I have waited my entire life for a Rolex watch. 4 years ago, I built my custom watch online with the hopes of being able to purchase it one day. I looked EVERYWHERE in Manhattan for this watch. The folks at Bucherer must have been sick of me! I finally went back to the Rolex website to find other authorized dealers and to my surprise, William Barthman Jewelers popped up. Since I live in FiDi, I left work that evening and decided to stop by to try my luck. I could NOT believe it when Eman, the AMAZING sales associate told me that she had the watch and it JUST came in. Shocked and in disbelief, because it is a on-of-a-kind, exceptional piece, even harder to get than any other Rolex because of the price point, I asked to see it. I could NOT believe that the watch I had conjured up on my dreams was there! It is a one-of-a-kind piece and every Bucherer sales person told me that in all their years working with Rolex, they had NEVER seen one. I walked out of the store with my watch a day later. Caitlin, the manager for William Barthman Jewelers at the Wall Street location worked with me to ensure that pick up and delivery was exceptionally special, for the exceptional one-of-a-kind Rolex time piece. Unbelievable. One sales person told me there are only 15 in the world (I don’t know how true) but it speaks to the one-of-a-kind treasure that Eman and Caitlin sold me. This is beyond a lifetime achievement and dream come through!!!!!
