  An outstanding experience every time I visit Watches of Switzerland Hudson Yards. Peter "The GOAT" Young consistently goes above and beyond with his communication, transparency, and customer service. He makes the process enjoyable, is incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cares about building long-term relationships with his clients. It's easy to see why so many collectors enjoy working with him. Looking forward to many more visits. Highly recommend Peter and the ENTIRE Hudson Yards team as every single employee they have is an all star and is truly a complete blessing to work with any one of them. I hope upper management sees this because every single employee there is incredibly professional, passionate and caring! Thank you Peter and to the entire WOS Hudson Yards team for everything.

  I recently purchased my first Rolex from Watches of Switzerland at Hudson Yards, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I want to give a special thank you to Peter Young for his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the history and heritage of the Rolex Air-King, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out most was Peter’s honesty and genuine passion for watches. He gave me his sincere opinion, educated me throughout the process, and made purchasing my first Rolex a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a luxury watch and want to work with someone who truly cares about providing an outstanding customer experience, I highly recommend asking for Peter Yeung at Watches of Switzerland Hudson Yards.   Very disappointing experience. I traveled from Boston to New York specifically to purchase this watch. Before making the trip, I called the boutique because I simply wanted to confirm whether it was available. I was told it was company policy not to provide any information over the phone and that I had to visit the boutique instead. After making the trip, I was told the watch was not there. Even more confusing, the staff explained that the website was not accurate and that “Showroom Exclusive” does not mean the watch is actually available in the showroom. If customers cannot verify availability by phone and the website does not accurately reflect what is available in the boutique, people will inevitably waste their time traveling to the store. I have attached a screenshot of the product page that led me to believe the watch could be viewed or purchased at the showroom. A luxury retailer should provide accurate information and respect customers’ time.

  I had an appointment with Peter Young who was very welcoming and friendly. He gave great recommendations and really understood what I was looking for despite the fact that I was being a bit indecisive. With my budget I didn’t expect to go for an automatic, but we narrowed it down to 2 Longines, one automatic with a very classic design and one quartz with a modern tank style. I am very happy with these 2 watches, and extra happy that I was able to get the best of both worlds. The store is also beautiful, has great service, and is in a good location. Highly recommend!
