Had an amazing experience at Watches of Switzerland – Hudson Yards! I recently purchased a Rolex Bluesy, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
A special thank you to John Hernandez for providing outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience feel very personalized. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured everything went perfectly from start to finish.
Highly recommend both Watches of Switzerland Hudson Yards and John Hernandez if you’re looking for a luxury watch buying experience done right. Looking forward to my next purchase!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I came in with my wife looking to build a relationship here because they got multiple brands and was looking at a Patek Calatrava. I met Kenny Chan and it was the worst experience I've had. Read below:
1. The conversation I had with Kenny was nothing but hostility. In his eyes I didn't look/dress a certain way therefore he believed I wasn't good enough for a Patek. Also he assumed I was a flipper because I was very knowledgeable and passionate about watches.
2. He tells me the Calatrava is not for sale and there is a wait list. Not a problem. Why is there a sticker price tag on the watch then?
3. The conversation continues and he's bragging that he got clients visiting him multiple times a month. I asked him if these clients purchased anything, he says no. A store that can't sell watches will lose their AD license. I'd be shocked if this place can even sell a watch to a customer knowing how bad they treat new clients.
4. He proceeds to lie to me and says he has allocated a Daytona to a client as a first purchase but not a GMT. Daytona's are almost never given to clients as first purchase. Also he does not care about any stories you have tied to the watch.
5. He then tried to convince me this store is different/better than other AD's which I find it hard to believe. The entire experience he was condescending. His tone of voice makes him sound like he's better than you and you're wasting his time.
6. He refused to give me his business card when I asked for it to "build a relationship".
Don't judge a book by its cover. I've been collecting watches for over 15 years and have more knowledge about watches than you. You will never get my business again and I will let people know to do the same.

An outstanding experience with my AD, Watches of Switzerland, Hudson Yards. From my first interaction in March to final delivery in April (little over a month) everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. A special thank you to Peter, my Senior sales associate who has been exceptional for making the process smooth and enjoyable.
Receiving my Rolex was a truly a memorable moment- now it has become my everyday watch. The craftsmanship and presence of the watch are simply exceptional.
The experience exceeded all my expectations and made the wait completely worthwhile. I highly recommend the AD and Peter if you are in the market for a Rolex.

Visited Watches of Switzerland at Hudson Yards expecting the usual Rolex AD experience: maybe a polite conversation, realistic expectations, and a chance to introduce myself after recently relocating from the UK to the US. Instead, the entire setup was so unnecessarily convoluted it became almost comical.
The Rolex section is physically inside the same store and clearly accessible from within, yet they’ve placed a rope barrier across it. If you walk toward it, staff stop you and instruct you to leave the main Watches of Switzerland entrance, go back out into the mall, and then re-enter through the separate Rolex entrance. It’s the same store, but apparently common sense is not part of the floor plan.
Once you do that, you’re then met by a security guard who says they can only see one person at a time. No offer to take your name, no seating, no suggestion to browse (even going back to the other WoS entrance!), no callback system - just stand outside and wait in the hallway like you’re queueing for Katz Deli, not a luxury retail experience.
I’ve collected watches for over 10 years and dealt with many authorized dealers, so I know how these conversations usually go. I simply wanted to introduce myself and express interest in more understated, less in-demand models and other brands. But even that was turned into such an obstacle course that it wasn’t worth the effort.
