  Absolutely incredible experience with Richard and Hana at Watches of Switzerland SoHo. After wanting this Rolex for a very long time, I was finally able to get the exact watch I had hoped for and even more meaningful, in time for my wedding day.Richard and Hana were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They walked me through multiple options, answered every question, and made what could have been a complicated experience feel completely seamless and exciting. Thank you both for helping make such a special milestone even more memorable.

  Extremely disappointing experience at Watches of Switzerland on Greene Street. My friend and I sat in the showroom for nearly an hour after being told someone would assist us, yet we were repeatedly passed over while staff continued helping customers who walked in after us. What was especially frustrating was that men and customers visibly dressed in designer labels seemed to receive immediate attention, while we were continuously overlooked despite patiently waiting and clearly intending to make a purchase. Sorry that I came from Pilates instead of head-to-toe designer — I didn’t realize that was a prerequisite for basic customer service. Luxury retail should make all customers feel welcome and valued, regardless of gender or appearance. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive, biased, and left a terrible impression.

Earlier last year, Sadaf sourced one of the finest watches in my collection for me. Although that interaction was conducted entirely online and over the phone, the level of service and trust established during that process left a lasting impression. This recent visit marked my first time in-store, and I am pleased to say it exceeded all expectations—making the day even more special and memorable. A special thank you goes to Sadaf, who assisted me during my visit. Her professionalism, courtesy, and deep knowledge were truly exceptional.   Had a fantastic experience with Andy at WOS Soho! I have made prior purchases at other WOS locations, and while I have always been treated with exceptional customer service, the personal attention which Andy provided was top-notch, and was among the best I have experienced. I was delighted to have been offered a beautiful Rolex to add to my timepiece collection after expressing my interest in certain models. I look forward to a long standing relationship at this location!

  I have to be honest here. I can see right through the scheme that this store is running with Rolex. Me and my wife, we walked in, the sales associate that we dealt with was very nice and friendly. That’s why they’re getting two stars. But to summarize our visit, she basically said we need to buy at least a $10,000 watch, other than rolex, in order to be considered for buying a Rolex. For that reason, I never returned to watches of switzerland. I was lucky enough to find a more smaller rolex authorized dealer who actually allocates me watches that I want regularly and since then I’ve spent almost $100,000 in that store. I understand you can’t please everyone… But at the same time you don’t have to extort everyone that walks through your doors either.
