  I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience with Richard. He ensured that the watch was ready for pickup in time to celebrate a major anniversary and kept me updated with clear communication throughout the entire process. Richard is deeply knowledgeable and its a pleasure to work with someone who clearly shares a sincere passion for watches. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

  Wonderful experience at Watches of Switzerland. Leslie, sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and her entire focus was on me as I made a valiant attempt to make a decision. I eventually did with Leslie’s valuable input. The store has two levels of Swiss watches with various pricing levels.

  A huge thank you to Richard at Watches of Switzerland Soho for making a very special moment happen. After waiting three years for the Rolex DayDate I had been hoping for, I was finally offered the watch I had been waiting for. Richard was incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the whole experience, and he made the purchase even more special. It also meant a lot to purchase my first Rolex Datejust from the same store six years ago, so coming back to Watches of Switzerland Soho for another special Rolex was a wonderful experience. Thank you again to Richard and the team for making this such a memorable occasion. I truly appreciate it!

  Spent 25 minutes in there yesterday 9/12/26 and not one person welcomed me into the store, said hello or asked if I would like to see any watches! Furthermore, over heard one of the sales reps telling a husband and wife that the only way he was going to get his requested Rolex was to purchase his wife her watch first.

  Came in looking for a watch and met Richard. I added some watches to my registry and hoped that it would arrive for my wedding. One day Richard communicates that the watch that I wanted was available for me just before my wedding! Crazy timing!!! Shouts out to Richard and the WoS team in noho! Will be back again!!! Thanks Richard!
