  If I could give a review more than five stars I would! Nikko provided exceptional “over the top” service and style advice for my son’s wedding suit. It was a very quick turnaround and he made sure that every detail was covered and had spectacular style advice. He guided us beautifully through every style choice to make sure that my son looked his best on his special day! Highly recommend Nikko! Nikko also led us to the fantastic and talented in-house taylor, Fadi, who paid attention to every particular detail to ensure a perfect fit! Given our quick timeline, Fadi also rearranged his schedule so that the suit would be ready in time. Praise for these two professionals is overflowing, and much gratitude to them both.

  Strongly recommend this Todd Snyder. Sales team was great and the tailor Fati really did a fantastic job on the alterations. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind.

  Excellent experience at Todd Snyder UES. Huge thanks to Fadi, the tailor, and Rafael for the outstanding customer service. They were able to rush the hemming on my trousers, and they came out perfect. Great quality work at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

  I visited the store on July 8 at the direction of the gentlemen at the Manhasset location to address a concern with the fastener on my new pair of Todd Snyder trousers. Upon arrival, I was instructed to wait an additional half hour, which I did. I returned and had a brief conversation with a young man who went and collected the house tailor. Ralph and Fathi assured me that the hook and loop closure will function even with significant play in the hook component, even bringing me another garment which experienced the same issue and that alterations cannot be made to this portion of the garment without damaging the fabric. It is my great displeasure to report that I’m not satisfied with this solution as I wear my trousers on this day and they have come undone even as the side tabs are fully adjusted. I’m not someone who enjoys having their time wasted or repeating processes due to individuals taking shortcuts. The next time I visit this store I expect the issue to be resolved.
