  Lovely store. Some great pieces. Joey went above and beyond - he was great! They didn’t have some options but admittedly it was for a less common size

  Wonderful shopping experience at the 5th Avenue store the other day. The Salesperson who’s name is “Vic” helped an anxious dude solve an urgency purchase needed for a European trip. I needed to have two suits for a 55th bday party in Italy (that was happening in two weeks). Thank you Vic! Problem solved, and job well done.

  Whenever I’m visiting NY I always drop by Todd Snyder. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable. Joey in particular has gone above and beyond to help me out and has been honest and upfront with his recommendations. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. Make sure to drop by if you get a chance! You won’t be disappointed.

  I had an exceptional experience at the Todd Snyder Fifth Avenue location in Manhattan, especially working with Josh and the rest of the team there. I was in NYC trying to find outfits for a few Tony’s-related events and had already visited several other well-known menswear stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren, and Drake’s. At those places, I honestly felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. I’m not particularly well-versed in suits or tailoring, so I was relying heavily on the expertise and guidance of the staff. Most places made the experience feel intimidating or transactional. Todd Snyder was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, Josh made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely excited about the process. He took time to guide me through different looks, explained what worked and why, and made the experience collaborative instead of pressured. Other staff members even chimed in with styling suggestions and encouragement, which made the entire environment feel warm and engaging rather than stiff or pretentious. Most importantly, they made me feel confident in what I was wearing. My girlfriend even commented on how pleasant and different the experience felt compared to the other stores we visited. We ended up leaving with two suits, and for the first time during this whole process, I actually felt excited and confident about what I’ll be wearing rather than anxious about getting it wrong. The clothing itself looked and felt better on me than anything else I tried all week, but the service is what really set this place apart. Huge thanks to Josh and the entire team for making what could’ve been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable.
