  The GM Victus and the entire Todd Snyder staff were simply amazing!!!! They were extremely helpful, very engaging, and gave great suggestions on new items that I might add to my wardrobe and overall style. Left leaving the store blown away by their superb customer service!! Can’t wait to shop with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at this store. Plus the incredible feeling you get when you walk in the door. It makes you want to shop and the 5 star service is incredible. I highly recommend this location for those who are looking for elevated style with friendly knowledgeable service in NYC. Victus is incredible and so was the entire team working this am. I only got his name though. Amazing experience amazing staff and amazing feeling while shopping. I’ll be back to see you all very soon. Congrats on achieving an elevated Men’s retail experience. You have everything perfect.

  Great brand, love the clothing but had a bad experience here today. My partner and I (we're both minorities, which I think is relevant here) walked in and made eye contact with the tall, bearded employee with glasses. He didn't greet either of us, didn't offer either of us any help, and silently followed us throughout the store. I found myself a fitting room, because he didn't offer to start one or show me where they were. When I stepped out, all I got a dismissive "didn't work out, huh?" as if he couldn't wait for us to leave - a different size would've been great! In other areas of the store the staff was super polite and helpful, but this one employee really left a bad taste in our mouths.

  After a long day at work, we decided to treat ourselves to some new pieces at Todd Snyder in Rockefeller Center and it was absolutely worth it. The store is beautiful, and browsing while looking out at the iconic Rockefeller flags waving is a vibe in itself. The layout makes shopping easy, and we have to shout out Victus, the store’s manager, who welcomed us warmly and even offered us water. Josh was incredibly attentive while we tried on shoes and jeans, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for top-tier menswear with a great atmosphere, this location is a must-visit!
