He went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect suit for a wedding and made it possible for me to get it just in time for the event. He even went to another store on his day off to find my size and came into the store to make sure everything fit perfectly. He doesn’t sugarcoat things and tells you what works best for you. I highly recommend coming to this store and asking for Q if you’re looking for help with a similar request.

The staff is ALWAYS huddled around in personal conversations completely ignoring customers. I’ve visited the store when Todd himself was on the sales floor and the service was just as bad so clearly it’s part of the culture. I told myself I was done shopping with them in person so I ordered online. Over a week goes by without shipping notification so a call customer service. The informed me that the nomad store was supposed to ship my order and to no surprise, the order never shipped. I ended up cancelling my order and needless to say I am done shopping at TS.
