- TRTony Romero1 day ago1.0Not a bad looking store. With plenty of staff however literally every time I’ve been in I’ve had the worst customer service. The staff is ALWAYS huddled around in personal conversations completely ignoring customers. I’ve visited the store when Todd himself was on the sales floor and the service was just as bad so clearly it’s part of the culture. I told myself I was done shopping with them in person so I ordered online. Over a week goes by without shipping notification so a call customer service. The informed me that the nomad store was supposed to ship my order and to no surprise, the order never shipped. I ended up cancelling my order and needless to say I am done shopping at TS.
