- DGD GOct 2, 20261.0I paid $1000 for a new pair of shoes. This store sent me a used floor sample. I returned the shoes that same day. When the Tod's warehouse received the shoes they refused to accept the return because "The sole had a stain" and "The shoes were not restock-able". The warehouse did not even bother to update me on their "findings". Nightmare experience.
- MWMichael WilliamsSep 11, 20263.0Change shoe styles and not previous Tod’s designing. Moving in wrong direction.
- MNMark N/ASep 7, 20265.0Tod's shoes are among the best. I just bought two pairs and Allacciato Sportivo makes me feel as if walking on clouds. But that's not all. The NYC store manager Ashley is one of the finest I have met. She is superbly customer-friendly, service-oriented, and focused on making sure the customer's goals are met. She is a credit to Tod's and the high end business. I very highly recommend the store and Ashley.
- JTJulie F. TroumSep 5, 20262.0Greeted by sales associate who knew nothing of the uber-famous Kate technical sneakers, as I traveled from Florida to obtain them in burgundy. She said they were “so last season,” and didn’t offer me a solution or another shoe in said color.
