  I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received. I expected much better from a company like Tod’s. I should not have to call a store three times, waiting for Farhana, the salesperson I worked with, to call me back, text message a different sales associates for weeks, and pay twice to ship shoes back to resolve an issue with the fit of a shoe that I tried on in the store. I am now being told that I will only receive a store credit since I am outside of the return window. It’s unacceptable to suggest that I could have handled it better. I’m now paying the price for the company’s poor communication and lack of service. I will not be purchasing from Tod’s again. Farhana's behavior was unprofessional and driven by greed. I still haven't received a call back from her.

  I purchased over the phone from this store and had several negative points. First, one of the staff was aggressive, rude and maybe someone should train her how to be nice and professional (she was almost yelling at me!). I talked to one of the managers and all he did was understanding my concern which was a great job of him! At least he could have offered an apology. Lastle, the shoes I purchased got lost and I had to call the store one week later then they figured out! This is weird. Finally they could have sent me the trcking number but anyway, last purchase from that store

  tried to buy wallet, none of 3 store manages tried to help. and I spend a lot of time to figure out how to do it by myself. worst experience of buying thing ever. so sad. All of this store sellers should be fired
