First, one of the staff was aggressive, rude and maybe someone should train her how to be nice and professional (she was almost yelling at me!). I talked to one of the managers and all he did was understanding my concern which was a great job of him! At least he could have offered an apology. Lastle, the shoes I purchased got lost and I had to call the store one week later then they figured out! This is weird. Finally they could have sent me the trcking number but anyway, last purchase from that store
