  Me and my girlfriend have been engagement ring shopping for about a month now, and as a special treat I decided to book an appointment at Tiffany's, the flagship store on 5th Avenue. We got ready, came all the way to Tiffany's Flagship, excited to see the pieces and get treated to an excellent experience. Upon entering, the security staff was friendly and pointed us to the 3rd floor. However, upon entering the 3rd floor, we were met with incredibly pretentious and rude staff members. The woman we originally had an appointment with was tied to another customer, understandable as we were late. We were then seated by a woman who immediately looked us up and down to assess our class and ability to afford items in the store.. I literally saw her look us up and down to see what we were wearing. We were then pointed to an incredibly rude Asian woman who was very dismissive of us, as if we could not afford anything in the store and we had no right to be there. I shared my desires in the ring and she IGNORED me at one point, didn't even acknowledge what I had said. We were planning to be there for 50 minutes, we got up and left within 10 minutes, feeling absolutely insulted and as if we didn't belong there. The sad part is I would've been a prospective customer - what I wear has no indication on my ability to afford a product, and the staff at the store need to realize they just work there, they do not own Tiffany's. Absolutely awful experience, I will not recommend this store to anyone shopping for an engagement ring and wanting a good experience.

  I am glad I got to experience the cafe inside Tiffany & Co. I drunk Tiffany Tea in a Tiffany Tea mug for the first time in my life and it was a magical experience. The Return to Tiffany jewelry line is on my wishlist and going inside the Tiffany store to see it in person was a life-changing experience for me. I am very grateful! Also if you love Whiskey, Sir Davis is a 10/10.

  I had the most incredible experience at Tiffany & Co. Landmark for my 40th birthday, and I have to give a special thank you to Shawn Campbell. Shawn truly went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. He welcomed us into the private salon, took beautiful photos of my husband and me, and made us feel genuinely celebrated. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail turned a shopping trip into a lifelong memory. He was also incredibly knowledgeable—he answered every question we had, showed us different collections, and never rushed us.   Went just now to see the Knicks trophy (4 hours before closing). Security guard at the main entrance kindly told me to proceed to the line on 57th street. When I walked over there, I asked another security guard if this was the end of the line, to which he replied “cut off”. I asked for clarification and he rudely told me the line was done in a tone where he expected me to know that. Maybe have better communication within your staff so you’re not saying completely opposite things and work on speaking respectfully.
