    I visited The Landmark today to see a ring I’d found online and was blown away by the service. Often in luxury retail, you feel judged based on your appearance or 'potential' to buy, but Ella-Grace made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. Even when I mentioned I was considering a different brand, she remained professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, showing me several options to ensure I found the perfect fit. Her exceptional service actually convinced me to make my decision on the spot instead of visiting the other brand. If you're visiting Tiffany’s, ask for Ella-Grace!

    I visited to buy special gifts for my son and my sister, and the whole experience felt elegant, personal, and memorable from start to finish. The store itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, luxurious, and full of that classic Tiffany charm. The team were welcoming, patient, and very professional, helping me choose the right pieces without any pressure. Everything was presented beautifully, and the famous Tiffany packaging made the gifts feel even more special. A perfect place for meaningful presents and a truly premium shopping experience. Highly recommended.

    I am writing this as a long-standing Tiffany & Co. client who is appalled by the brand’s current trajectory. The iconic prestige associated with the "Blue Box" has been replaced by subpar craftsmanship and a complete lack of accountability. My daughter has a ring where the solder has failed twice. For a luxury house that prides itself on heritage, a recurring structural defect is fundamentally unacceptable. Furthermore, her gold-plated pieces have tarnished and darkened prematurely, looking like costume jewelry rather than high-end investments. The most insulting part, however, is the "Customer Service" in Brazil. It is virtually non-existent. I had to go as far as manually tracking down the Country Manager on LinkedIn just to receive a delayed, dismissive response. To be told by the store that a recurring manufacturing flaw would only be repaired "one last time" for free is a blatant disregard for consumer rights and luxury standards. If a client is forced to "hunt" for executives on social media because the official channels are broken, then the brand’s leadership has failed. Buying at Tiffany & Co. is no longer a guarantee of quality—it is a gamble. Whether you buy in New York or abroad, be warned: the craftsmanship is failing, and the global support is a shadow of its former self. Shameful.

    Sklep robi ogromne wrażenie. Marzyłam od lat by go odwiedzić, zobaczyć wystawy, pamiątki po Audrey Hepburn. Zdecydowałam się na zakup biżuterii z kolekcji Return to Tiffany, ale ekspedient, który sam zaproponował pomoc po usłyszeniu, że jestem zainteresowana najtańszymi produktami od razu zmienił swoje podejście, stracił zainteresowanie i chciał jak najszybciej załatwić sprawę. Przez niego czułam się jak intruz. Jednak polecam wszystkim odwiedzenie sklepu, nawet jeśli nie planujecie zakupów.

    The entire experience at The Landmark was very hands-on! The Manager Shamy ensuring our direct and intentional experience; Client Advisor Josh very detailed listening capabilities and taste for exquisiteness. We even had an opportunity to meet and learn from their own Historian Ms. Deborah that taught me how to photo the pure essence of “The Yellow Diamond” that has only been worn by (4) Women in the world. 🤩 🌟🌟 Amazing to see a the Basquiat ‘Equals Pi’ and the Venus of Arles statue, and the original clock of Fifth Avenue because We spent a “New York Minute” in the amazement!!!!! Will not share my purchases; however, go for the experience and buy yourself something nice, you’ve earned it!
